1. Chase Weekends

During all weekend Knicks & Rangers home games, cardholders receive 30% off  food & select merchandise throughout the concourse & at the MSG Team Stores.

2. Chase Preferred Seating

When purchasing through Ticketmaster and using their Chase card, customers have access to special blocks of seats with the best location & view.

In New York, you can also access Preferred Seating at Radio City Music Hall, the Beacon Theatre and the Hulu Theater at MSG.

For certain events, cardholders who purchase Preferred Seating receive an invitation to the Chase Lounge on a first-reserved, first-served basis.

Located on the Chase Bridge Level, the Lounge accommodates a maximum of 42 guests and provides a buffet and cash bar in a relaxed setting.

3. Chase Lounge

Open prior to select concert events, the Lounge is an invitation-only VIP space located on Level 10, providing complimentary food and a cash bar in an intimate, luxurious atmosphere. Access is reserved to Chase customers who purchase Preferred Seating.

4. Sports Merchandise Offers

When shopping at MSG Team Stores, or at Chase Square (the expansive lobby at the 7th Avenue entrance), you can receive a $25 voucher when you spend $75 with your Chase credit or debit card.

This offer is valid on Rangers, Knicks or New York Liberty merchandise – the Liberty are a team in the Women’s NBA, owned by MSG, who play occasional games at the Garden.

5. Advance Sales

Cardholders can register to receive advance notice of certain sports and entertainment events.

6. Season Ticket Benefits

Holders of season tickets who renew their subscription with a Chase credit or debit card can receive exclusive invitations to VIP events at MSG, as well as the opportunity to purchase high-end, collectible memorabilia.

Receive $5 off your check when you dine at participating MSG restaurants and pay with your Chase credit or debit card.

There are 31 food outlets open to the public on the SAP Madison Concourse, 14 on the Garden Concourse & another 6 on the Chase Bridge.

Some of the highlights include the Carnegie Deli, Casa Nonna Pizza, Simply Chicken by Jean-Georges, Hill Country Barbecue, Kobeyaki, Daily Burger by Drew Nieporent & Cocina Taco.

Taken together, food service operations at MSG are massive. Executive Chef Tom Tedesco supervises 5 full-service kitchens, 6 sous chefs & 120 cooks.

He estimates that 37,000 pounds of shrimp are served during the hockey and basketball seasons & roughly 10,000 pieces of sushi are prepared for each event.

Additional Venues

Some of the same special perks for Chase cardholders are available at other facilities owned by the Madison Square Garden company, like The Forum in Inglewood, California & The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
